Main compositions

TPU material: comparing to PVC, TPU has better performance in terms of UV-resistant and long-term thermal aging. Meanwhile, it has smaller material density without harmful substances. However, TPU is expensive, so the TPU slush molded surface is costly, which is the main reason of limiting its applications and development.
PU material: PU features light mass, flexibility, no deformation under persistent pressure (low compressive deformation), and smaller material density. PU foaming is the best filler between walls, and effectively reduces noise/impact sound while also being excellent at heat insulation.
PP material: comparing to Fe+, PP has better formability and smaller material density, and reduces the body weight with wider range of style design.
